Joe Giudice, husband of locked up Teresa Giudice (star of New Jersey Housewives,) is speaking out for the first time since Teresa has been locked up. In a brand new interview, he is opening up about life without his wife and how Teresa is doing in prison. As we previously reported the Giudices are strapped for cash, so this might be another ploy at gaining some income!

Giudice sat down with Extra in his New Jersey home and said he misses his wife everyday and that his daughters communicate with their mom via email. “They email her all the time… every day, so, they email more than me,” he revealed, adding that he is staying strong for his children.

“When you have four kids you have to stay strong,” he said. “Her [Teresa] being away definitely makes me appreciate her way more, a lot more, and you know everything she did.”

Joe also said they try to visit Teresa as often as possible, saying, “We try to make it up there every weekend and we bring her mom up every weekend.” Hmm other reports contradict what hes stating now!

“She’s got a little group she hangs out with and does her thing with every day, and who she goes to the gym with and who she hangs out with, and who does her hair and who does her nails… they have their little thing going every day,” he reveals of Teresa’s life behind bars, adding that one time he waited for an hour while Teresa did her hair. “I mean really… that was a little annoying.”

Joe insists he does not consider himself a criminal. “We’re not bad people, we’re not you know, these criminals or whatever, I don’t know whatever the hell they make us out to be,” he said.

So what about the Giudice family returning to RHONJ? “The numbers would have to be very big in order to go back so um, we’ll see… as of right now there’s nothing,” Joe explained.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey’s Joe Giudice has recently opened up in an interview about life since Teresa Giudice has been serving her sentence in prison. 

Now it is being reported that Joe has been approached to appear in a televised series or special about the family while Teresa is in prison.

E! News is reporting, “Joe is in discussions to film the new project about his life at home with his daughters and it will focus on how they’re coping with a mom behind bars and what their every day lives are like now.” 

 A source reveals, “Everything is still in the early stages and the show would be separate from any upcoming Real Housewives of New Jersey season and the drama that comes along with assembling the group of women.”

The source continues, “Joe wants to do it and Teresa is aware of the talks, but she has yet to give her seal of approval. 

The reality star and New York Times best-selling author wants to know all the details because she gives her blessing. At the end of the day it’ll be Teresa’s call whether they move forward with the new reality project or not.” 

 The report also mentions, “If the family decides to do it, they want to make sure the world gets to see the true Giudices, not who everyone thinks they are. Should all the plans work out, production would begin in a few months. Joe will likely begin his prison sentence in March.”

Joe Giudice, husband of Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice,  appeared in a New Jersey courtroom today to be sentenced for pleading guilty to stealing his brother’s identification to try and get a driver’s license. Joe was sentenced to another 18-months in prison, which he will serve at the same time as his 41-month federal fraud sentence. Giudice was also ordered to pay a $10,000 fine and will have his license suspended for two years.

“Joe snuck into the Passaic County New Jersey courthouse back door for today’s fictitious license sentencing wearing a green shirt, sunglasses, suit, flanked on both sides by bodyguards,” Tom Murro told RadarOnline. “This is the first time I’ve ever seen him wear a suit to this courtroom, he usually wears jeans and a blazer.” New Jersey reporter Vicki Hyman was also an eye-witness in court.

Joe Guidice reportedly asked the judge if he was able to move vehicles around in his driveway after he was told his license would be suspended. “Joe’s lawyer admits Joe has an “uneviable” driving record but pleads for leniency so Joe’s kids don’t suffer more,” Hyman revealed. The judge replied, “I’ve seen hundreds and hundreds of driver abstracts … This one takes the cake.”

Joe Giudice recently opened up to US saying he has been very emotional, “I cry more than the girls.” Joe continues, “I pretty much cry every time I leave. Like a little baby.”

Joe Giudice Will Be Sentenced For DMV Case This Thursday

Joe Giudice, husband of the New Jersey Housewives star Teresa Giudice,   will enter a Patterson courtroom this Thursday at 2 PM to be sentenced for his driver’s license fraud case. In October, Joe Giudice accepted a plea deal that could land him 18-months in prison on top of the 41-months he was sentenced to for his federal fraud case.

Joe plead guilty to possession of a fraudulent license after being caught using his brother’s information to obtain a driver’s license when his own was suspended because of a DUI.

NorthJersey reports that Joe will lose his license for at least six months, which poses a problem because Teresa is currently incarcerated. Sources tells us that Joe’s family and Teresa’s mother will help transport the couple’s four daughters back and forth to school and their extracurricular activities.

“When Teresa’s mother and four daughters arrived at the Federal Correctional Institution in Connecticut on March 15, she was shocked to see that her husband failed to make the trip with them.” Radar Reveals

“She can’t believe he wasn’t even man enough to show his face,” a source also told In Touch Weekly.

Teresa Giudice, is currently serving 15 months on fraud charges, got into a fight with Joe over the phone after learning about his sordid cheating scandal as we previously reported. “She told him to lay low and not attract any press,” the source revealed, adding that she didn’t confront her husband about the allegations. “She is in total denial that Joe cheated on her before she went to prison. She is saying she won’t even bother to ask Joe about it and blamed the haters for the whole thing.”

“On behalf of the Giudice Family I would like to say thank you for the support, prayers, love, and faith you all have shown to them. They are completely in awe at how loved Teresa is. This family has become very special to me. As you all know when I see wrong I try to right it, when I see complete garbage I work to correct it. And when I see complete vile and hate, well I cannot hold back. Like I have said before the no swearing policy this page has, is being challenging to keep to. But I am committed to abiding to that policy.

This week the family has had more than their fair share thrown at them. Joe Giudice has never cheated on Teresa. There is not a photo from the visiting area of Danbury. As I stated before each visitor is searched, cell phones are not permitted into the visiting room, and no one Furthermore Teresa or any member of her family would never violate the rules of where she is at. They respect the system and it’s rules. Radar Online doesn’t bother to check it’s stories or the rules that are posted online. I wish they would, it would save them some embarrassment.

There is also no hope for Wendell Williams and her brand of talk show. I am hoping that the fans of Teresa Giudice will consider not watching her show anymore. Seriously, folks I am sure we could do it really easily. So let’s work on it. Perhaps if she drops in the ratings she will understand she has pissed off the wrong fan base.

Today I happen to catch the part where WW chose to tell Teresa to go have a fling with a hot young thing, then send Joe divorce papers. Teresa and Joe are not these type of people. They believe in marriage, they believe in family and they believe in good times and in bad times. And they also believe in never giving up when the going gets tough. For WW to give advice where none is wanted or asked for is harmful and mean. To say this knowing that Teresa and Joe have a child who is on social media is especially cruel. I hurt so badly today for Gia. As a mom, I would have a hard time not wanting to hurt a person who did something like this.

The Giudice Family is an amazingly strong, determined, and proud group. They also do not deserve to have lies printed about them, or the gossip mongers to do what they do. This family has shown nothing but class and compassion. Some people would have told me to take a flying leap but not this family. And for that I will be grateful for them. I am grateful for Teresa not telling me to stop the page. This page is a labor of love, pride, faith and compassion. I care about this family and what happens to them. Last week, multiple hundreds of reports surfaced that Joe Giudice had been cheating on Teresa while she has been in prison. Gia Giudice, Real Housewives of New Jersey Star and Prison Convict Teresa Giudice’s  14-year old daughter, took to Twitter a few days ago to defend her family while her drunk father Joe and the women involved both continue to deny the rumors that they ever hooked up.

“Hilarious how people go out of their way to make my family [look] bad,” Gia Giudice tweeted, later tweeting again, “I need a break from all this.. a new beginning.” Hmm maybe she realized the rumors might be true!

Joe who spoke to US Weekly continues denying reports he ever hooked up with Jamie Jackson in Atlantic City. “I did not flirt with her, I did not make out with her … everything In Touch is saying that happened between us are lies,” he pleaded.

The woman involved in the scandel, Jamie Jackson, also denied ever hooking up with Teresa’s husband. “I definitely never slept with him,” she claim. “Nothing happened with me and Joe … nothing inappropriate happened at any time. According to a new report, Joe Giudice cheated on his wife Teresa shortly after they were both sentenced to prison in November. The other woman? Jamie Jackson, a young blonde who Joe met through mutual friends in Atlantic City.

Joe and Jamie reportedly met in Atlantic City when Jackson, a model, was approached to work a private event for Giudice’s wine label. A source tells RadarOnline that Jamie works as an entertainer at Boogie Nights, an Atlantic City nightclub based on the movie starring Mark Wahlberg.

“This is [Teresa’s] worst nightmare come true,” a family insider tells In Touch Magazine.

Joe and Jamie allegedly had two more flirty meetings until things heated up the fourth time they were together during a dinner at Carmine’s in the Tropicana hotel.

“They were full on making out in front of their group,” a separate witness told the mag. “They were chugging margaritas and seemed drunk out of their minds.”

“Joe and Jamie went back to the room and things got crazy,” the source continues, adding that they went to the master suite of the hotel room and “20 minutes later, Jamie came out of their bedroom buttoning her blouse and crying hysterically,” while Joe “popped open a bottle of wine like nothing happened.”

“While Teresa was at home getting ready to go to jail, her husband was in a hotel having sex with another woman,” the insider claims.

Joe publicly denied these allegations, telling the magazine, “I have no idea what you’re talking about.”

“We were at a business meeting, she was with a friend of mine, maybe I had an arm around her,” Giudice continued. “No, I did not flirt with her. I did not make out with her, nothing happened between us.”

Jamie told the mag, “I don’t have any comment about Joe Giudice.”

The insider says that while the “extremely old-school” Teresa “refused to believe” the accusations at the time, things have changed since she’s had time to reflect while being in prison.

“The distance she has had from him in prison gives her a new perspective,” the source says. “She sees Joe more clearly and she won’t tolerate this infidelity. She knew he wouldn’t stay faithful and she’s even broken down about it while writing in her diary.”
