On the Real Housewives of Orange County, we saw Lizzie Rovsek working on her swimsuit line, Sun Kitten Swimwear, and it turns out all of the hard work has paid off! Her swimwear is now the official swimwear for Miss USA 2015.
The former Miss USA contestant shared the news on her Facebook Page, also including that this year’s pageant will be on July 12th in Baton Rouge.
“In less than 2 months I will be in Baton Rouge doing fittings for all the gorgeous Miss USA 2013 contestants????! I can’t wait to meet them!”
This is a huge accomplishment for the mother of two as she shared last season with fans about her fashion venture. “Sun Kitten has been like my third baby to some extent. I created it, gave it direction, cultivated the line and I’m now ready to see Sun Kitten move out of the house and travel abroad.. Literally! Like I said, Sun Kitten was an online store, and was carried by only a few small boutiques across the country. Now, my goal has been to get Sun Kitten into stores nationwide and even worldwide.”
Looks like the Kentucky native’s dreams are coming true! Can’t wait to see the gorgeous contestants in their Sun Kitten wear, Congrats Lizzie!
