This has been a tough time for Kim Richards to mention the least. Last month, Kim was arrested after relapsing again at The Beverly Hills hotel and getting arrested for public intoxication and trespassing. She then entered rehab in an attempt get her sobriety back on course.
While taking a leave of absense from rehab to attend her girl Brooke’s wedding in Cabo San lucas this past weekend, Kim has reportedly relapsed once again. This might leave Kim with a lot of shit to deal with other than simply her sobriety.
Radar on-line has reported that the plea deal Kim’s lawyer was in early talks with the l. a. County District Attorney’s office may well be just about fucked!
“Kim would have had to successfully complete rehab, and the charges would have been dismissed,” an insider revealed to Radar Online. “The Beverly Hills Hotel didn’t want to proceed with charges if Kim was getting help. With Kim relapsing, the deal is now on hold, and the D.A. will most likely want a much longer rehab stint in exchange for the charges being dropped.”
The insider also revealed, “Friends have been frantically calling Kim since hearing she had fallen off the wagon. Everyone is very concerned about her. It seems like no one knows where she is.”
