Oh shit, it looks like another Real Housewives of New Jersey star has a house in foreclosure, or should we say houses! As you may recall Jacqueline Laurita revealed last season that they had mounds of bills due to their son Nicks illness. NJ.com is reporting that the Laurita’s now have two houses in foreclosure!
“Hudson City Savings Bank has filed papers in Bergen County Courthouse to foreclose on the Franklin Lakes home of Jacqueline and Chris Laurita. Another home owned by Chris Laurita, located in Wayne, is also being foreclosed upon.”
According to this site, Chris had taken out a 1.6 million dollar mortgage, (Do banks really hand out that much money!?) with monthly payments of 11 thousand dollars, however he hasn’t made a payment in almost two years!
“The couple had placed the Franklin Lakes home on the market in January 2014 for $2.85 million, then dropped the price later that year to $2.78 million. The custom-built six-bedroom home on nearly two acres features ornate millwork, hand-painted murals in the dining room, a custom kitchen with a wine fridge, and a walk-out basement with playroom, wine cellar and an office. ”
Eek we hope everything gets sorted out!? What do you guys think about these housewife’s buying such expensive houses, that they cant even afford!?
