Real Housewives of Orange County Charity Case Recap (S10 E4)

The Real Housewives of Orange County returned to TV tonight and what a shit load of drama occurred during tonight’s episode!

The show began as usual with its recap of last weeks episode, that included Shannon Beador and newcomer Meghan King Edmonds argument. The fight continues as the episode opens and Shannon is letting Meghan have it, before getting ticked off and walking away. Shannon believes that Meghan is painting her out to be uncharitable. “Who do you think you are misses thirty year old?,” Shannon asks in her confessional. Heather weighs in on the drama in her confessional, claiming that this is exactly what happen last season (You will all hear the truth) god Heather is really getting on my nerves this season.

Tamra Judge weighs in her opinion to Meghan, of course Tamra is on Meghan’s side. Heather Dubrow finds Shannon locked away crying, she tried to comfort her however in her confessional claims she doesn’t understand why Shannon is so mad about a phone call. Meghan is astonished that Shannon is reacting the way that she is. Meghan finds Shannon with the other ladies and attempts to apologize. Shannon reveals that she felt ambushed by her, and that she felt like she insinuated that she wasn’t a charitable person. Meghan and Shannon go into, round two. Meghan lets Shannon have it and still insists she doesn’t understand what her problem is.

Meghan tries to explain her side claiming that she was only trying to look for her help, Shannon tries to apologize however Meghan cuts her right the fuck off. Tamra is starting to see that MEghan may be wrong at this point after Meghan is well rude as hell. Shannon apologizes however Meghan does not accept it because she feels that its clearly bullshit.

The show turns over to Vickie Gunvalson returning home to her beloved Brooks Ayers. Vickie admits that she feels bad she left Brooks. Vickie explains that her first part of the trip was business and the second part was family time. Brooks opens up about his current chemo rounds and admits that he has been feeling a little sick. Brooks reveals that he may start doing coffee enemas after suggestion from his doctor. Vickie is a little grossed out.

Meghan King Edmonds is at home with her assistant Melissa as she discusses her relationship with her assistant, she reveals that Melissa does everything for her and is more of a friend that she pays. Meghan’s event planners show up as she starts getting ready for her charity event. Meghan explains how much this event means to her because she is introducing herself to Orange County. She reveals that while she loves to host events and parties, Jim doesn’t really like big events. Of course she wants to change this and hopes this event will.

Heather Dubrow is once again showing us her new over the top house that really is just a wooden structure. I seriously can not stand Heather talk about this new house one more time, does she really have no other story line that she needs her house to be one again. Falling asleep…… Budget…. They went over…. Blah Blah… Heather just loves to spend her husbands money…. over budget again… .blah blah. Heather is really annoying. Terry is never around….. Blah….. Nothing really special happens here skip it over if your using DVR! They are 250,000 dollars over budget not counting the ceiling…. the end….

Thank god thats over, Vickie Gunvalson and Tamra Judge meet up for lunch to catch up. We find out that Tamra’s daughter in law will be having a C-Section in a few days. Tamra ponders how being a grandmother will change her. Vickie reveals her feelings after becoming a grandmother. Yay Shannon Beador arrives to meet up with the ladies for lunch. Shannon tells Vickie that Brooks needs to check out the doctor the she sees. Shannon reveals that after finding out about Brooks cancer that she did her own research to try and help.

Shannon begins to talk about the conflict that she is having with Meghan King Edmonds. Vickie reveals that she just got a invite for Meghan’s charity event and Shannon reveals that she hasn’t been invited yet. Tamra weighs in that she was also invited today but that Meghan had told her that Shannon wont be invited. Shannon is of course pissed, and thinks that Meghan is being really immature, but to be honest so is Shannon about a damn phone number. Vickie is of course on Shannon’s side and doesn’t understand why Meghan is being so childish.

Heather Dubrow meets up with Meghan to tell her that she thinks she is making a mistake by not inviting Shannon to her charity event. This is the first time i have ever agreed with Heather Dubrow. Heather tells Meghan that it will be awkward not to invite Shannon because her friends will be there and that it might make things even worse. Meghan reveals that she already thought things through and she thinks its best to let Shannon calm down and relax and that tonight’s event is not a place to talk about things. Meghan is a bitch, she reveals that she is doing this to protect Shannon, because Shannon might have another uncontrollable outburst. Seriously what a bitch!

Vickie reveals to Tamra that she is planning on calling Meghan to tell her that she cant go to the charity event because she already was planning on going to dinner with Shannon and she doesn’t want Shannon to feel left out. Vickie reveals to Tamra she is going to ask Meghan if she will be offended if she took Shannon out to dinner instead of coming to the party. Meghan of course is once again being a bitch, although she tells Vickie she appreciates her calling to let her know. Meghan reveals that the only Shannon she knows is the one who blew up on her.

 

Its time for Meghan King Edmonds Charity Event, and we are brought into Megan’s room as we watch her and her husband get ready. Meghan reveals that having her sister with her tonight is making her not nervous about tonight’s event anymore. The wine bars are stocked and the food is out, its time for Megan’s big night!

Tamra Judge arrives without anyone else, and reveals that their are so many people that Shannon just should have shown up because no one would have even noticed! This made me giggle. Meghan says hello to Tamra, while Meghan reveals that she is surprised that she came because of the fight with Shannon. Tamra tells her that she doesn’t want to get involved either, and that Meghan has been nothing but nice to her. However she explains in her confessional, “Take it from one mean girl to another, don’t be mean”

Tamra meets Jim Edwards ex wife, and its surprising to see how close Meghan is with Jim’s former wife. Heather Dubrow and Terry Dubrow are the next people to arrive. Heather blows smoke up Megan’s ass in her confessional as she arrives.  Tamra reveals to Katie Hamilton and Lizzie that Shannon was not invited. Lizzie claims that she doesn’t believe that Shannon would ever start a fight at a charity event. Touche!

We get a quick look at Vickie and Shannon’s night out! Its so nice to see how great of a friend Vickie is to Shannon.  Shannon tells Vickie that she feels like Meghan was really vicious to her by not inviting her. Shannon starts to cry as she tells Vickie that she doesn’t care she wasn’t invited but she clearly is insulted.

Back to the party and Heather and Tamra agree that Meghan should have invited SHannon because she’s making it worse. Heather tells Tamra that she feels like Vickie made it even worse by not coming and making her self be in the middle. Meghan arrives and asks if there talking about SHannon and her. Meghan tells them that she wants to be in a good place with Shannon and that she doesn’t want gossip.

Vickie thinks that Meghan comes off very entitled. Lizzie gives Vickie and Shannon a call from the party, and tells them that shes bummed out they aren’t there. Vickie invited Lizzie to come join them and she actually agrees! Lizzie jokes with them that she loves how she calls worried and there out doing shots.

Tamra and Lizzie are both going to meet up with Vickie and Shannon it looks like now, Heather asks if she will tell Meghan that they are leaving. They tell Meghan that they are leaving and Meghan is actually really nice about it and acts like shes totally fine with it. Tamra, Lizzie, and her husband all leave the charity event to meet up with WooHoo Vickie and WooHoo Shannon. its nice to see Lizzie getting along with Vickie again!
