Real Housewives of New Jersey was scheduled to begin filming season 7 this April, but the network has postponed production over and over in order to figure out what to do with the cast now that Teresa is locked up, and last season had luck luster ratings. Andy Cohen is opening up about the show in a new interview and we are reporting all the casting rumors.
Andy Cohen reveals in a new interview when asked if he has spoken to Giudice since she has been behind bars. Andy says he has not directly spoken to Teresa because “her access to the outside world is pretty limited,” but he has been getting updates from Dina Manzo. “I’m kind of checking in through Dina to find out how she’s doing and by all accounts she’s hanging in there and doing OK,” he admits.
“Certainly I’m thinking about her – I woke up thinking about her, actually, We’ll watch what happens with that one!”
Reports indicate that Tiki Barber’s wife Traci is joining the cast of RHONJ, While Andy still denies that any decisions have been made about the future of the show. “I haven’t seen any Jersey casting yet,” Cohen implies. “They’re doing a wide net, but we haven’t cast Jersey. So anything you’ve heard about casting Jersey is not true right now.”
RumorFix is reporting that Andy isn’t telling the truth and that real estate mogul Tobi Petrocelli and her partner Rose De Jesus (Yay finally lesbians!) are auditioning to join the ill fated cast along with Traci Barber. The site is also claiming that Bravo TV is not brining Melissa Gorga back this season, but they are keeping Jacqueline Laurita (Why cant she just ever leave!) as well as offering Teresa Aprea and Nicole Napolitano another season (More Catfights, more ratings, and who can forget santa), while all the other housewives remain in limbo. Lets hope there smart enough to resign Dina Manzo!
