Phaedra Parks star of the Real Housewives of Atlanta announced she would be filing for divorce from Apollo Nida three months ago. While her lawyers are suppose to be prepping her case, a new report reveals another reason Phaedra has not filed… she doesn’t want Apollo to testify against her in her ongoing defamation lawsuit.
Phaedra previously sued Angela Stanton for writing a book that alleged Phaedra was heavily involved in Apollo’s illegal activities. That case is still open.
“Phaedra isn’t going to divorce Apollo while this case is going on,” a source close tells RadarOnline. “She plans to still be married to Apollo so that he can’t be forced to testify against her.”
“Phaedra needs Apollo now,” the source explained. “She isn’t going to divorce him yet.”
