Have newcomers last season to the Real Housewives of New Jersey, Teresa Aprea and Nicole Napolitano been fired from the RHONJ franchise or rehired!? According to an insider, the answer to that question is they have not been fired… at least not yet!
In a statement to Real Mr. Housewife on April 22, a network source revealed the following in regard to Teresa Aprea and Nicole Napolitano’s future with the show.
“A lot is going on right now with the show, as I’m sure you’re aware. To date, [Teresa Aprea & Nicole Napolitano] have not been fired. Many things are going on with the show and no final decisions have been made.”
Teresa Aprea and her sister joined the cast of the Real Housewives of New Jersey during season 6’s mix up to refresh the show, they had replaced Caroline Manzo, who left for her own reality show spin off on Bravo TV, and Jacqueline Laurita, who was reportedly fired but later returned due to shitty ratings. Also included in the Real Housewives of New Jersey season 6 cast was Dina Manzo, who returned to the show after spending years away from the series. However it is very likely the loveable Dina Manzo will not be returning for more housewives drama.
Teresa Aprea and her sister were said to have been fired earlier this year according to multiple reports, after allegedly providing lackluster story lines during season 6 of the show, seriously all they did was fight with fellow newcomer Amber Marchese. According to an OK! Magazine report, Teresa Aprea and Nicole Napolitano were tweeting as if they were asked back to the show, but said that in reality, their reality TV run had come to an end.
“They want everyone to think they’re coming back, so they keep posting old pictures of themselves filming.”
Several months ago, Radar Online claimed Teresa Aprea and her husband Rino were living separately.
Although the pair continue to share photos together, hinting they are still together, the source claimed, at the time, that they were having issues within their marriage.
“The Apreas have been having marital problems since the show wrapped.”
Hmm maybe the RHONJ broke the couple apart like it had many other couples!
“A few weeks ago, tensions got really bad. Teresa ended up leaving the home the couple shares and moving temporarily into the basement of her parents’ home for a while, where her sister, Nicole Napolitano, already lives. They are definitely together and the drama has calmed down.”
