As we previously reported, Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice and Joe Giudice’s Montville home is being foreclosed on by the bank and now a new report reveals that the couple’s Jersey Shore home is going into foreclosure and will be auctioned off in May.
NJ.com reports that the home will be auctioned off by the Ocean County Sheriff’s Office on May 19th with the starting bid at $ 100. Yes you read that correctly, you may be able to buy Teresa’s home for merely 100 dollars!
Joe renovated the five-bedroom, two-bath house twice [once before and once after Hurricane Sandy] and listed it last year for $ 315,000. Now, the listing has been removed and the auction is scheduled to take place at 2 PM at the Ocean County Justice Complex administration building, 101 Hooper Ave., Room 119. No inspection of the property is allowed, and the home is sold “as is.”
Successful bidders must present 20 percent of the final bid price at the time of the sale, with the balance due in 30 days.
Who wants to buy Teresa’s House and how much do you guys think it will actually go for!
